During my time at Paycom, I have designed and shipped several impactful projects focused on complex workflows for Compensation, Compliance Certification, Performance, and External Training as part of the Talent Management Design Team. The following section highlights a few of these projects.

Data Dashboard for Employee Compensation Statistics
Customizable data widgets help clients visualize the overall compensation health for their company, including benchmarking data to compare and evaluate the client's compensation against industry best practices or other organizations. ​

Bonus Planning
A tool that enables clients to create and automate bonus payouts by department, position, and level. The tool supports 15 bonus types, document attachments, and automated award processes based on predefined criteria, pulling in data from the Paycom software. Extensive usability testing using UserTesting software was done for design validation.

A tool to help clients create compensation increases as per performance evaluations, to automate how increases are done based on performance or salary ranges (using performance scores or compa-ratios).
